The above people have managed our apartment in Sao Martinho since we purchased it in November 2006.
We have found them to be exceptionally helpful, reliable and trustworthy. For example, when our toilet was blocked they delt with it without having to call us. Also when we had a leak in the ceiling they moved furniture, mopped up the water and hung up the rug as well as calling us to notify us of the problem. They have met clients in the town and showed them the way to the apartment. They are warm and friendly to clients and flexible when necessary at change over times. The apartment always looks clean, neat and tidy when they have been.
I am more than happy to give them a reference and have already recommended them to neighbours in my apartment block.
