OUR SERVICES
WEEKLY /MONTHLY INSPECTIONS AND AIRING
We can provide weekly or monthly reports during the periods that your home is unoccupied, ensuring the property has not been breached in anyway and no problems have occurred. During this time we also air your property in order to reduce the risk of mould and damp damaging your furniture as this is a common occurance for properties close to coastal areas.
MAIL RETRIEVAL AND FORWARDING
At the same time we will retrieve any mail and forward on as appropriate.
CLEANING & LAUNDRY
Cleaning is charged at an hourly rate and laundry by the weight, this way we only get paid for the work which is actually done. Our prices reflect the varying size of properties and the number of people using the property. We will of course give you an estimate.
SWIMMING POOLS & GARDENS
We can arrange for a fully qualified pool person to take care of all your requirements.
Gardening work can be arranged at a set hourly rate.
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
We offer a full maintenance service and emergency call out service for our clients. We can arrange to deal with any emergencies should they arise. Wether it´ s as simple as changing a light bulb or a major repair we will not carry out any work without your consent first.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS
We offer a very reasonably priced airport service for yourselves or your guests.
