We have owned an apartment in Parque Residence, Sao Martinho, since the development was completed and Nicola has managed it in our absence from the start.
We have found her to be one hundred per cent honest and reliable. She is friendly to deal with and has always been extremely flexible in executing her property management duties, rather than adhering to strict terms of contract. In other words she is prepared to tailor her package to suit different individual needs and she responds quickly to any problems that visitors might experience. She has always been prepared to carry out any extra requests, and she has kept us informed of any relevant issues that have arisen, such as storm damage etc.

I own several apartments in Sao Martinho do Porto, both for private use and for rent. I have been using Nicola Justina and SMP Propertyservice as property manager for my apartments for the last 7 years. Their work has been to overlook my apartments, cleaning, meet & greet for guests and coordination of various maintenace. They have also assisted with tax issues.
